At our office in Bakırköy, legal practice, legal advice and mediation services are provided to individuals and companies in a range of areas, in particular banking and finance, corporate law, real estate, employment, personal data, tax and dispute resolution.
Sustainability
The office takes care to reduce paper and energy use in its daily work. Files are handled electronically wherever possible, through the national judicial network (UYAP) with e-signature, and correspondence is conducted by e-mail. Recycled paper is preferred for documents that must be printed, and paper and toner waste is separated for recycling.
Equality and diversity
Everyone who contacts the office is received with the same care and respect, regardless of language, religion, gender, age, disability or origin. Listening to different perspectives helps to assess a legal matter from every angle and helps the parties understand one another. The same approach is followed in mediation meetings.
Accessibility
So that people with disabilities can reach legal assistance easily, the way of meeting is arranged to suit each person: by telephone, video call or in writing. Developments in Law No. 5378 on Persons with Disabilities and related legislation are followed, and clients are given clear information about their rights.
